1. Returns

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return all or part of your purchase for any reason within 30 days from the day you received your order.
To exercise your right of return, simply send back the items you do not wish to keep.

Returned products must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn (except for trying on)

  • With all labels, tags, and packaging intact

If the product shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing, Motionix reserves the right to deduct an amount from your refund that corresponds to the loss in product value.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or if the seal has been removed.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Other items marked as non-returnable


3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, you will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are not refundable, unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately.
You will not be charged for any return or delivery fees related to defective or damaged products.

Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement item (if available)

Refunds for defective items will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase.


5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request return instructions.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Include any related documents (invoice or order confirmation).

  4. Send the parcel using the carrier and address provided by our team.
