1. Returns
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return all or part of your purchase for any reason within 30 days from the day you received your order.
To exercise your right of return, simply send back the items you do not wish to keep.
Returned products must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unworn (except for trying on)

With all labels, tags, and packaging intact
If the product shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing, MOTIONIX reserves the right to deduct an amount from your refund that corresponds to the loss in product value.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or if the seal has been removed.
This includes, but is not limited to:

3. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, you will receive confirmation by email regarding your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note:
Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately.
You will not be charged for any return or delivery fees related to defective or damaged products.
Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, you will receive:

A replacement item (if available)
Refunds for defective items will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase.
