1. Delivery Areas

Motionix currently delivers to all regions within Bulgaria.
Orders can only be placed by private individuals aged 18 years or older with a valid email address and delivery address within Bulgaria.

2. Delivery Options & Costs

All available delivery methods and their respective prices are displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery costs depend on:

  • Your delivery address, and

  • The items ordered (weight, size, or shipping type).

The total price, including delivery fees, will be shown before completing your order.

If your order includes a defective or damaged item, Motionix will cover all return and delivery costs for that product.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
While we always strive to deliver within the indicated timeframe, delays may occur due to unexpected events (e.g., customs checks, weather conditions, or carrier delays).

If your order does not arrive within the expected period, please contact us immediately.

Once your order has been approved and dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing:

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, it may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange a re-shipment.

Motionix is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
government restrictions, war, pandemics, extreme weather, transport disruptions, or other unforeseeable events.
